2. Packaging & Safety

Every mandir undergoes a multi-layer packaging process:

• Inner layer: Bubble wrap and soft foam for surface protection.
• Middle layer: Corrugated sheets for structural cushioning.
• Outer layer: Custom-made wooden crates for maximum transit security.

3. Delivery Timelines

Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Custom orders take longer due to the artisanal crafting process. Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process or in your custom quote.

5. Insurance

All our international shipments are fully insured. In the extremely rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
